I assume you mean potassium chlorate. What exactly is the chemical reaction? Formula? Anyone?

gummy bears are mostly sugar and gum. So various combinations of C H and O (C12H22O11 for sugar). The C becomes CO2. The O and H become H2O and the potassium chlorate becomes a mixture of potassium chloride and chlorite.
