Egg separator

Personally, I'll continue to just pour the yolk from one half of the shell to the other half - but this does fit into the "clever" category of the blog.

  1. Haha. That is clever

  2. I use my hand and let the whites drip through between my fingers. Less chance of accidentally breaking the yolk.

  3. An ordinary plastic soda or water bottle is the best egg separator there is. You squeeze it a bit, touch the opening to the yolk and release. The yolk is sucked in without breaking and stays in the bottle until you squeeze it again.
