Scenes from The Permafrost Museum in Russia

I can't garner any information from the Cyrillic at the museum's website, but I'm guessing that this is an abandoned coal mine that has been repurposed into a museum. It looks like a fascinating place. The top map probably shows how much of Russia is affected by permafrost.

Photos found at English Russia, where there are many more.
