Noah's Dilemma

dilemma: "A simple compound of Greek origin, meaning literally two (di) and arguments (lemma).. Quite literally, it means to be caught between the two horns of an argument, unable to decide on one or the other."

  3. @ Natalie. It wasn't even a typo - I just flat-out misspelled it. A Google search turns up a quarter million other such, including some coluMNs claiming that a generation of students were taught to spell it in that fashion. DaMN. Corrected in the post. Thank you for pointing it out gently without condeMNation.
