Improving a stop sign

  2. No idea, but it doesn't look hard. I would suggest going to Office Depot and getting some colored paper - perhaps with a cardboard backing for stiffness. I might try it in our subdivision...

  3. Hmmm. Colored paper would dissolve in the first rain. Sheet metal, jigsaw with a hacksaw blade, and some green rustoleum maybe? I like the idea too.
