Saturday Night Live "Crazy lady" skit
Since the election I've been purging my bookmarks of all the political items. Still have some Palin things to tend to, but all the McCain ones are gone. The video above, however, I had to post rather than just discard.
This is the SNL skit featuring the "crazy lady" from a McCain rally. Some will remember the scenario on which the skit is based: during a Q&A period a lady in a red tee shirt semi-coherently told McCain that Obama was an Arab. It was one of his shining moments, in that he without hesitation corrected her and defended Obama. You can see the actual 20-second encounter

. In this skit, the "lady" makes her appearance at the 6:20 mark if you want to skip ahead to that point.
The SNL skit of course does not make fun of McCain; it is a caricature of the lady, and is piercingly well done. Enjoy it as one of the humorous sidelights of a long long campaign.
